www.asq.org: This web site is based on the American Society of Quality.  This site introduces users to many topics about quality, standards and certifications of quality, ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 standards, QS-9000 requirements, and a ser of certifications programs.

Packaging:

www.mhia.org: This web site covers information about the Material Handling Industry of America, which domestic and international activities are conducted. Focused on material handling equipment and packaging.

www.ism.ws: Professional development links, current news and lots of information on supply chain. 

Transportation:

www.nitl.org: National Industrial Transportation League is the oldest and largest organization in the US representing the transportation policy interests of shippers.  The League’s membership includes associations, organizations, and third party logistics companies representing shippers.  This League works to improve the efficiency of their own operations and that of the entire transportation system.
www.truckline.com:American Trucking Association provides info on trucking such as driver studies, new legislation, industry interchanges, ATA conference info, zoning info, conference info and more.
www.aar.org: Association of American Railroads site represents N. America’s major freight railroads and Amtrak AAR.  This site provides news info, services, stats and facts, position papers, rail-links, discussion groups and help desk.
